Nepal is still in a situation where, even after several years, the rural areas have not been able to recover from the devastating M7.8 earthquake that occurred in April 2015, followed by flooding caused by heavy rain during the rainy season. We learned that some areas are having a hard time getting through this winter, so we provided blankets and other items and provided emergency support to protect them from the cold.
